Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Strike Action - Expect Delays)

INTERNATIONAL - All international orders are shipped via Parcel Force, who will hand the order over to your local courier service to your country.

While every effort is taken to send orders out as quickly as possible, in some instances, orders may take up to 5 working days to despatch. After despatch, you should expect an added wait time respective to your selected courier service.

NOTICE TO RUSSIAN & UKRAINIAN CUSTOMERS

We are suspending all services to Russia & Ukraine. No orders for these countries will be accepted. We apologise for the inconvenience.

UNDELIVERED ITEMS

In the event that your order cannot be delivered, due to incorrect information or missed deliveries these orders will be returned to us at the courier services discretion. Once your order has been returned to us you will be contacted. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges for redelivery.

RETURNS POLICY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be faulty or damaged upon arrival and must be returned in a unused and in the same condition that you received it.

You must contact CHARLEY-JAMES LTD via email (info@charley-james.com) including the following information;

- Your order number.

- Your full name.

- Item you are returning.

- Reason for requesting a return.

- Exchange or store credit.

If your return request is accepted, you should mail your return to: CHARLEY-JAMES LTD, 1 Highstreet, Graveley, SG4 7LE, UK, within 14 days of receiving your item. You, the buyer, will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. CHARLEY-JAMES LTD cannot be held responsible for returns that's are lost in the post, we advise you to keep hold of your postage receipt util CHARLEY-JAMES LTD contacts you to confirm we have received your return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you chose to receive store credit, the original cost of shipping will be included.

Returns that are mailed to CHARLEY-JAMES LTD without being properly approved for return, via the instructions above, will be shipped back out and the shipping fees will be at the buyers expense.

IMPORT CHARGES
Please note that customers will always be responsible for paying any import bills they may receive.
EU orders are sent duty paid, as long as you live within an EU member state you should not have to pay any import taxes for your order.
When importing items to outside of the UK, this will always incur a customs inspection which we always provide the correct paperwork for. We cannot be held responsible for how long it takes your order to pass through customs.
