LAUNCH OF OUR NEW WEBSTORE
Over the past couple of weeks we have been updating the webstore to give it a new look whilst making it more user friendly and we have added some new features to benefit the user. In this post we will explain all the new features and how to use them.
ACCOUNTS
It's now possible to make an account on CHARLEY-JAMES.COM. This feature is here to make it easier for you, the customer, to see all orders in the same place. Additionally, customers are now able to add their preferred delivery address to their account, making checking out a much easier, quicker & stress free experience.
On a PC, simply navigate to the top right hand side of your page and click the icon that looks like a person.
On a mobile, navigate to the top left hand side of the page and click the three lines to open the menu. You will see a 'Log In' option at the bottom of this menu, just above the social media links.
CLEARPAY
Due to popular demand, CHARLEY-JAMES now accepts CLEARPAY as a payment option. Many people have asked for this feature in the past, so we listened and delivered.
Clearpay is a payment service that lends customers a fixed amount of credit to make purchases instantly and then pay for them in 4 automatic instalments, made every 2 weeks, without any interest (late fees apply). An account with Clearpay is needed to use this feature.
To checkout with this feature, add the products you want to purchase to your cart and follow the checkout procedure as normal. On the final page of the checkout, Where the payment options are displayed (as the image above shows), choose CLEARPAY and then click 'Review Order'. You will be automatically taken to the CLEARPAY portal, where you can then log in and complete your order.
KLARNA
Again, due to popular demand, CHARLEY-JAMES now accepts KLARNA as a payment option. Many people have asked for this feature in the past, so we listened and delivered.
Klarna is the smooothest & safest way to get what you want today, and pay over time. An account with Klarna is needed to use this feature.
To checkout with this feature, add the products you want to purchase to your cart and follow the checkout procedure as normal. On the final page of the checkout, Where the payment options are displayed (as the image above shows), choose KLARNA and then click 'Review Order'. You will be automatically taken to the KLARNA portal, where you can then log in and complete your order.
E-GIFTCARDS
A new product that is available on our webstore is E-Giftcards. Our E-giftcards come in 5 options - £25, £50, £100, £150, £200. Once purchased, you will receive a email containing your E-giftcard and instructions on how to add it to your apple wallet.
BLOG POSTS
If you're reading this it's too late. You'll already know that Blog Posts are a new thing. The idea here is to update you on new campaigns, recent activities, new drops, sneak peaks & other information about the brand. There is a comment section on each blog post, meaning you can interact with CHARLEY-JAMES a lot easier as well as communicate with the CHARLEY-JAMES community and build new relationships. I ask that you please be respectful of others in the comments and use this as a platform for connecting with people who have similar interests to you. We will be monitoring comments and will remove customers/comments if we feel they are breaching our T&C's.
